J. Félix de Luis, graduated in Law, Complutense University, School of Law, C.E.U. San Pablo.

He is Central Government-Attorney-Abogado del Estado since year 1.986 and has worked as such at the Ministry of Public Administration, the Ministry of Public Work, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy. He has been General Technical Secretary (General Director) at the Ministry of Public Administration and Member of the Board at the Securities Exchange Commission-Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (C.N.M.V.)

At the private sector, J. Félix de Luis has been Chief Compliance Officer (Assistant General Manager) at BANCO SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPANO and Associated Attorney at DAVIS POLK & WARDWELL, in New York-US.

J. Félix de Luis combines his condition as an international Lawyer -he is LL.M. Master in Law, (Columbia Law School. COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY, New York-US)-, with his passion for corporations, corporate governance and everything related with business affaire. He has attended the A.M.P. Advanced Management Program, (Harvard Business School. HARVARD UNIVERSITY, Boston-US), where he was elected Class Secretary. He has also attended the PADE Programa Alta Dirección de Empresas, (IESE, Business School. UNIVERSIDAD DE NAVARRA, Madrid-España).

He is currently empanelled as Arbitrator at the most important Spanish Arbitration Courts, such as Corte Civil y Mercantil de Arbitraje (CIMA); Corte Española de Arbitraje; Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid; Tribunal Arbitral del Fútbol (TAF) from LNFP and Tribunal Español de Arbitraje Deportivo, at Comité Olímpico Español.

He is a member of the panel of the most important Asian Arbitration Courts such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the Weihai Arbitration Commission (Shangdong), in CHINA; the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), in SINGAPORE; the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) in MALAYSIA; the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in SOUTH KOREA; the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA), in TAIWAN and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) in THE PHILIPPINES. He has joined also the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) in the UK and the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport/Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS-CAS) in SWITZERLAND.

J. Félix de Luis has served as Arbitrator, co-Arbitrator and Presiding Arbitrator, in several and important arbitration proceedings, both at national and international levels, regulated by major national and internatnional Arbitration Courts and ad-hoc proceedings.

Frequent speaker, in Spain and abroad, on arbitration and corporate related matters. Author of books, articles and contributions related with arbitration and corporations.

He is a member of the Honorable Bar Association of Madrid, the Central Government Attorney´s Association and the Institute of Directors (OID).

J. Félix de Luis is also a member of the Spanish Club of Arbitration´s Executive Committee and founder and promoter of its China Chapter. He has been founder and chairman of the Banking and Finance arbitration and mediation Committee and the Association named Chamber of Commerce SINGAPURE-SPAIN.
